What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (contact, quote request, newsletter signup, calculator PDF download) we collect what you give us, typically name, work email, phone, company, and the details of your enquiry. We also keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited).
We do not collect special-category data (health, biometric, financial account details) through this site.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, fulfil quote requests, serve active rental contracts, and send the documents you've explicitly asked for. We send marketing only if you've opted in. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Form submissions: 24 months from your last interaction.
- Rental contract data: contract term plus statutory retention (typically 8 years for tax records).
- Server logs: 6 months.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers we need to run the business (logistics, hosting, payments) under confidentiality, and with legal authorities when the law requires it. We do not transfer data outside India without your consent.
Your rights
