Laptop Repair Engineer — Chip-Level Diagnostics & Board Repair

Keep our rental laptop fleet alive at the component level — from BGA rework to liquid-damage recovery on every major OEM.

What you'll do

  • Chip-level repair on Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Apple MacBook laptops across our enterprise rental fleet
  • Teardown, BGA rework, microsoldering, no-power / no-display / no-charging diagnostics
  • Liquid-damage and short-circuit recovery — restore SIO, EC, PMIC circuits using schematics and boardview files
  • Keep turnaround tight so repaired units re-enter deployment quickly
  • Onsite support at client sites when remote diagnosis isn't enough

Server Engineer — Datacenter & Rack Support

What you'll do

  • Install, configure, and maintain Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, and Lenovo ThinkSystem servers for clients in IT services, BFSI, and manufacturing
  • Run the full server lifecycle — OS provisioning (Windows Server / Linux), RAID setup, BIOS & firmware updates, iDRAC / iLO configuration
  • Diagnose hardware failures (PSU, RAM, HDD, RAID controller, mainboard) and coordinate parts to minimize client downtime
  • Travel to client datacenters across India for racking, cabling, OS reinstalls, virtualization setup, and disaster recovery
  • Build SOPs and mentor junior engineers

  • Own client communication from first call to onboarding — quotes, proposals, negotiation, contract closure
  • Manage payment follow-ups for active and overdue invoices — coordinate with finance, send timely reminders, close pending collections without straining client relationships
  • Build long-term account relationships with existing enterprise clients — renewals, upsells, expansion across business units
  • Maintain clean pipeline, payment status, and weekly performance records in CRM / Excel

What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac, Mac mini, and Mac Pro hardware across our rental fleet
  • Run Apple Service Diagnostics (ASD / AST 2), isolate failures to component or logic-board level, and execute repairs — SSD / memory swap, battery service, display assembly, keyboard, trackpad, I/O boards
  • Reimage macOS via Apple Configurator 2 — DFU restore on Apple Silicon and T2 machines, MDM enrolment, configuration profiles for enterprise clients
  • Log every job with RCA, parts consumed, turnaround time, and warranty status
  • Provide onsite Apple support for enterprise customers in IT services, media & production, and BFSI
