We work with B2B customers providing them with a fast, credit solution that offers both a tax effective and cash flow friendly way to access the IT equipment they need.

Digital Waves is a privately held Company established in 1994, which is mainly into Rental/Leasing, IT Distribution, System Integration & Solutions Company and based out of Bangalore, the Silicon Capital of India. Digital Waves has grown over 15% YOY & today they have offices in Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kochi. Their Customers are both B2B (Channel Partners) & B2C (Corporates, Govt, Academic, Research/Development Institutes, End-Users, etc). Group turnover of Digital Waves group in India is close to 100 Cr today.

As the business started growing fast especially in the Rental/Leasing space it became imperative for the company to setup a focused team to better manage its business and customers. With this in mind Prime AssetSource Private Limited was setup to take this business to the next level of growth.

Prime AssetSource now has over 25 employees with Bangalore being its head office and branched in Hyderabad and Pune. With our new model of leasing we are now better equipment to target the Indian market without the local presence of office.

We have excellent relationship with some of the world best IT hardware product vendors’ like HP, Dell, Apple, SUN, IBM etc. We have already added power equipment like Generators and UPS to our products portfolio. We intend to add more product ranges in the equipment leasing space moving forward.
